  • Shipping fees may be deducted from refunds, except for defective or damaged items.
  • For returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Postage for exchanges is non-refundable.
  • All returns must include:
    • Original outer packaging, inner materials, registration cards, and accessories.
    • Products must be unused, unopened, and undamaged.
    • We reserve the right to refuse returns that are incomplete, damaged, or non-conforming.

Note: We do not accept returns on liquid products.

Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

How to Return an Item

  2. We’ll send you a prepaid return label via email.
  3. Once we receive the product, we’ll issue a refund the same day or ship your exchanged item.
