Shipping & Return Policy

RETURN POLICY AND 30 DAY LIMITED GUARANTEE  

Items purchased within 30 days can be exchanged for a different item if unused. Shipping fees may be subtracted from the total amount except for defective or damaged items. Please note for items being sent back to us, it is the customer’s responsibility. We do not refund postage paid for any exchanges that are sent back to our store.

Returned products must be in new condition, include the original outer packaging, registration cards, inner packing materials, other accessories, and received within 30 days of the date shipped. We reserve the right to refuse any return for damaged, incomplete or otherwise non-conforming returns.

All refunds will be returned within the same day we receive the product!

You have 30 days from date of purchase to return items for free for a full refund if the item is defective, damaged, or the incorrect product.

For missing, damaged, or defective items, please call 403-255-5212 immediately upon receiving your order and report the issue. Issues should be reported to Dynamic Vacuums to get you exactly what you ordered.

  1. Contact us by phone or email
  2. A prepaid label will be emailed to you
  3. Once the product is received, we will refund the full amount or ship our your exchanged product.

Shipping and Transit Time

Free shipping on all orders over $69 across Canada (Excluding Territories).

Delivery time is usually 4-10 business days from the second day the order is placed. Orders are shipped the same business day (before 1pm MST) or the second day they are placed.
