  • Items can be exchanged or returned within 30 days if unused and in original packaging.

  • Shipping fees may be deducted from refunds, except for defective or damaged items.
  • For returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Postage for exchanges is non-refundable.
All returns must include:
  • Original outer packaging, inner materials, registration cards, and accessories.
  • Products must be unused, unopened, and undamaged.
  • We reserve the right to refuse returns that are incomplete, damaged, or non-conforming.
Note: We do not accept returns on liquid products.

Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

If your product is defective, damaged, or incorrect, you are eligible for a free return or exchange. Call us immediately at 403-255-5212 (Mon-Sat, 9:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. MST) to report the issue and receive an authorization number.

How to Return an Item

  1. Contact us by phone or email.
  2. We’ll send you a prepaid return label via email.
  3. Once we receive the product, we’ll issue a refund the same day or ship your exchanged item.
