The HX2 exceeded my expectations! It’s fantastic on hard floors with its soft brush roll, and the suction is excellent, even for my dog’s fur. The headlight is a bonus, illuminating all the dirt. I rated it 4 stars because the battery life and dust cup size could be improved, but having a second battery helps. Overall, it’s superior to the Dyson cordless I previously owned. I’m thrilled with the Triflex HX2!

In my area, pebbles and tiny rocks scatter all over my laminate wood floors. Instead of being picked up, they get stuck under the vacuum head, causing scratches. The light feature was useful for spotting dirt, but the canister was too small. I had to pause frequently to empty it, even in my small house.

This marks my second Miele vacuum purchase. The first, a canister model, still serves me well, but I desired something more convenient for swift clean-ups.
I appreciate the inclusion of two batteries and the flexibility to install the motor either high or low. Opting for the lower placement is particularly advantageous as it enables the vacuum to stand upright independently.
However, I find the canister size to be a drawback, and the process of emptying it isn’t as straightforward as I’d prefer. I often feel apprehensive about potentially damaging something when removing and opening it for emptying.

The suction and performance surpass expectations. Placing the motor head at the bottom reduces hand and wrist strain effectively. The floor brush is easily detachable, which is handy for cleaning dog hair. The air expelled is clean with no unpleasant odor. Overall, it’s a joy to use. We’ve had a Miele canister vacuum for years and love it too. Highly recommended!

I’ve been using the Miele HX1 Pro vacuum for three years and absolutely love it. With pets in the house, it’s become indispensable, used multiple times every day. My daughter had been eyeing a Miele for a while, so when the HX2 was released, I made her an offer she couldn’t refuse. I gave her our HX1 and bought the new HX2 Pro for ourselves.

This Miele vacuum lives up to its claims. It boasts excellent suction, is easy to carry, and simple to empty. With two batteries, cleaning your entire house is a breeze without worrying about running out of power. In the comfort position, it feels lightweight and ergonomic. A truly intelligent design with genuine German quality.
